It very great experience dealing with Kirk and Melissa. When you call they answer all your questions. Kirk and Melissa are great realtors to deal with. Would use them again if I buy a house or sell one

This dynamic duo is awesome. They are super nice, easy to approach and got back to me quickly whenever I had questions. They made buying a house fun. The process wasn't without it's hiccups, but they were very reassuring and encouraging and made everything okay. They contacted our lender directly whenever we had issues. I really felt like they were looking out for our best interest through the entire process! We love our house! Should we need their services again, we will definitely do business with them! Thanks Kirk and Melissa!

Melissa and her husband Kirk helped us through the entire process of buying our first home. They have been very professional while also being personable. As a Coast Guard family using the Veterans United Home Loan, Melissa took on the challenges of closing our home on time, even with some tough VA loan challenges that have strict guidelines for purchasing a home. She was always available when I needed her or when I had questions through the entire process. Thanks Melissa and Kirk, we love our new home!

I called Melissa to help me find a house on the lower end of the market. She was immediately helpful and supportive. Though as of this review I still have not found a house, it is in no way Melissa's fault. I'm writing this review because Melissa has been so helpful, and has done so much work on my behalf. There was always a quick answer when I contacted Melissa and she was very helpful guiding me to making realistic choices for my search. Melissa is knowledgeable about the process and the area, making her an excellent choice if you need an agent who genuinely seems to care about your most expensive purchase! Don't hesitate to call Melissa is you have the need for someone to represent you in a real estate transaction. update: Melissa did indeed find me a home. She tolerated my discouragement and inspired me to keep searching. She found me a home that suits me best out of everything we looked at, at a price that suited me perfectly and allowed the upgrades I desired. I felt like Melissa was working harder than I was to find my home, and I was exhausting myself. You want to feel like someone represents your interests well when making the largest purchase of your life, and I can say whole-heartedly that I would not be so happy about my new home without Melissa's assistance. I recommend Melissa Edwards without reservation. She found a home for me that suited me better than anything I had found to investigate, and proceeded to find a way to get exactly what I wanted for it, and out of it.
