Kristal helped me with a purchase and sale recently and she is amazing! This is my second time working with her. My situation was a bit unique and she really held my hand through it. You can tell she really cares about her clients. An issue came up (not her fault) the Friday afternoon before closing on a Monday and she got creative and came up with a solution that ended up saving me $6k. And on top of it all, she is so sweet! I highly recommend her and would work with her again in a heartbeat. Thanks Kristal!!!

Kristal is an absolute pleasure to work with, she cares about her clients and helping them in any way possible! She is willing to go the extra mile to make sure they are taken care of in every aspect. She is a true professional and is very knowledgeable in her filed. Is best Broker/realtor ever too extreme of a description…? NO. Kristal is amazing! She was instrumental in helping our little family find the perfect first home. From out of state, no less. She was always available for questions and gave helpful advice as we attempted to navigate the tricky and complicated world of real estate. She has a huge network of connections that helped us maneuver through the process efficiently. When we hit some frustrating snags in the lending process, she was our sounding board and a calm voice of reason in getting through a very stressful bump in the road. My husband and I always knew we could call her to point us in the right direction, and we often did. She got us into our first home where our little girls will build their lifelong memories and I will always be eternally grateful.

Kristal is the best, she’s super sweet and exceptionally professional. She helped us navigate our first home purchase five years ago and recently handled this very competitive market to get our offer accepted on a new house and sell our first home within days! She has shown incredible intuition both with preparing our offer and with listing our home. Kristal has always been flexible with our busy work and family schedules which has been invaluable with two small children. We’ve shared our goals with Kristal since we first met and she’s worked hard to help us achieve our dreams.

My wife and I moved from Colorado and liked the Whatcom County area to search for a new home. We were given a few names of realtors and after we called Kristal we connected so well. She started working for us before we every meet. She had open houses for us to visit and showings of exactly what we had talked about wanting to see. She grew up in this area and knows all the ins and outs. She found us a house on the first day out with us that we loved. She helped with every step of our offer through acceptance by the seller. She helped coordinate with our agent in Colorado on the sell of our home there. She made our transition so easy to Washington. She has helped with connecting with a list she put together for us from haircuts to landscapers. She seems to know the best in all fields. She has continued to followup with us well after all the transactions to make sure we are happy. Kristal is the only one on our list for a Real Estate Agent.
