Kristal was essential in our successful house sale! Her professionalism, outstanding market knowledge, additional staging, and using professional photographers make her outstanding! She also went above and beyond by prepping the house for showings and being there for the movers after we left the state. Her sweet, patient, and encouraging personality made it a pleasure to work with. Thank you Kristal! You were a true blessing!

Kristal helped me with a purchase and sale recently and she is amazing! This is my second time working with her. My situation was a bit unique and she really held my hand through it. You can tell she really cares about her clients. An issue came up (not her fault) the Friday afternoon before closing on a Monday and she got creative and came up with a solution that ended up saving me $6k. And on top of it all, she is so sweet! I highly recommend her and would work with her again in a heartbeat. Thanks Kristal!!!

Kristal is an absolute pleasure to work with, she cares about her clients and helping them in any way possible! Is best Broker/realtor ever too extreme of a description…? NO. Kristal is amazing! She was instrumental in helping our little family find the perfect first home. From out of state, no less. She was always available for questions and gave helpful advice as we attempted to navigate the tricky and complicated world of real estate. She has a huge network of connections that helped us maneuver through the process efficiently. When we hit some frustrating snags in the lending process, she was our sounding board and a calm voice of reason in getting through a very stressful bump in the road. My husband and I always knew we could call her to point us in the right direction, and we often did. She got us into our first home where our little girls will build their lifelong memories and I will always be eternally grateful.

Kristal is the best, she’s super sweet and exceptionally professional.
