I have previously worked with many good real estate agents, as there are many out there, but Ziggy is the best of them all. Ziggy is extraordinarily well informed, well networked, has a history of building and roofing houses and is accordingly, incredibly experienced in all things pertaining to houses. Ziggy's honesty, sharp eye and experience were incredibly valuable assets for us as first-time homebuyers. Ziggy actually is the one who found us our dream house and immediately informed me of its appearance in the red hot New Paltz housing market, all while I wasn't even in New York State! As a result, we were able to jump in quickly and place an offer right away, thus enabling us to seal the deal. I could trust Ziggy to size up a place while I was remote and then proceed with the deal safely. We really didn't know what we were doing and Ziggy walked us through so smoothly. This enabled the critical expedience necessary to close on our house. Ziggy provided excellent, intelligent advice, and introduced us to a wonderful network, which included a fantastic real estate attorney. The follow-up, follow through, communication and personal attention that we received was second to none. We are soooo grateful for Ziggy, who proved to be honest, diligent, organized, fast, well informed, well networked, intelligent, hard working and tactful. What a blessing Ziggy has been, we are eternally grateful. Thank you!

As a first time homebuyer, Kristen was an invaluable part of our homebuying process. She was knowledgeable, responsive, available, and patient. The process required her to be equal parts teacher, counselor, negotiator, and hand-holder, and she did it all wonderfully. She never pushed us into anything we were uncomfortable with but was always honest, up front, and truthful with us. She also has extensive knowledge of area, the market, and the ins and outs of homeownership. She made a very daunting and overwhelming process manageable for my partner and I. We are eternally grateful for her time and assistance, and would highly recommend her, especially to other first time homebuyers.

Kristen Zigouras provided everything we expected from a seller's agent, and then some. Her in-depth knowledge of current market values and trends was invaluable when determining an attractive selling price.
