Kristin did a fantastic job listing and marketing our townhouse for sale. She is very professional and personable and made a stressful time less stressful. She was always willing to do more than the average scope of service. She negotiated sale terms and home inspection issues with professionalism. She also has a vast knowledge of the area we were selling in and was instrumental in securing our buyer. Kristin also possesses a very sunny personality and a great sense of humor which I feel is just as important as good business sense. She is always available and very responsive. Kristin was always available and answered all our questions immediately. We were out out town and Kristin handled all aspects of the sale for us. Kristin went above and beyond what most agents do to make sure all aspects of the sale was complete. I would recommend Kristin to any buyer or seller looking for a agent. We have purchased and sold over 6 properties and Kristin is in the top 1% of real estate agents. Very professional.

Kristin was very helpful and professional from the beginning we met her. She initially help us looking for a house in Apopka. She continue helping us even when we change our mind and bought a house in Fruitland Park. She was there for us, to answer any question or concern.
