Kristina is the best real estate agent we have worked with. She is awesome at explaining basic through complex information. This excellent agent is patient, knowledgeable, and her communication skills are simply A+. Kristina was present, and available throughout the process from A to Z. During the time she was helping us, she had a car accident that falled into the inspection week. The whole time she was at the hospital she was checking on us, and making sure everything was checked and in order. Being a Mom, at the hospital, and running a business isn't easy but Kristina showed us professionalism every step of the way. We're extremely satisfied with all the help Kristina provided. Thank you Kristina for helping us finding our home!

Kristina was always available and has been great help with her knowledge of the local area, builders and house owners requirement. Her experience helped us prepare well when we meet builder, architect and others involved in our new house construction. She has been very responsive, when we reached her through phone calls, emails and questions. She was really easy to work with, her open and honest suggestions helped us make right decisions. We are really happy to have her as our realtor and thank you for her time and consideration for our beautiful home !!

My husband and I LOVED working with Kristina. She was extremely attentive to our needs and explained everything to us (first-time home-buyers). She found tons of listings that we liked for various reasons and really helped us to get to know a lot of neighborhoods before we were ready to really commit. We ultimately ended up buying a house that she found, in an area that wasn't even on our radar but it is PERFECT for us. We've been in the house for over a year now and are still extremely happy with our neighborhood, our property, and our home. She's fantastic with clients! My in-laws will likely be moving to the area soon and we can't wait to set them up with her.

Working with Kristina was so effortless. We met her through a friend, who recommended her to us in our search for our first home! Kristina took us for a coffee to get to know our wish list and we started looking at homes very shortly after. Kristina used online platforms and home listing sites to show us properties she had in mind for us. From the lists she put together, we selected the ones we wanted to learn more about and Kristina arranged the visits. It was as easy as sending her a text with an address of a home we liked or responding to her email to let her know which ones we wanted to tour. She arranged tours on days that worked well for us (and worked around our busy schedules). We ultimately found our DREAM HOME and Kristina did all the stuff we didn't know anything about--scheduled a tour, helped direct us toward inspectors, lenders, everything. Without her help we would have been lost. If you're looking for an agent who is ALWAYS there for you and has only your best interests in mind, she's the one.

Kristina is fantastic! I always had confidence that she had my best interests at heart. She shared great tips and insights throughout the process, coming from her own deep understanding of the market as a property owner and landlord herself. I hope to work with her again someday!
