About 6 months after Kristy helped my dad find a new place to live AND help him get settled in, going above and beyond, he passed away. We only wanted Kristy to handle the selling of his home because we know how attentive, communicative, and helpful she is. And, once again, she didn't disappoint. She got the house sale-ready very quickly and it sold soon after. I highly recommend Kristy whether you're selling or buying a property.

I have had several realtors over the years in different cities I have lived. Kristy is by far the most efficient, knowledgeable, dearest, kindest realtor I have ever experienced. She goes way beyond to sell her properties. And goes way beyond to have a relationship with her clients. She is very attentive to her clients needs at a most stressful time in their life. She is at the top of her profession and engages with her huge heart. I HIGHLY recommend hiring Kristy to help you sell or buy your next home.

Kristy was the realtor for my parents, who are in the process of splitting up. She was tasked with representing both of them while ensuring both of their interests were protected in the sale of their community home. She not only accomplished this in a very professional manner, looking out for both parties; she also went WAY above and beyond her duties to assist them, my sister, and me. Needless to say, it was complicated due to the circumstances, yet Kristy stayed on top of every detail, informing all 4 of us every step of the way, and remaining pleasant and helpful the entire time. She also helped my elderly dad find and buy a new place to live and again, went WAY above and beyond in helping him make this difficult transition. Kristy is very knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and kind-hearted. She made what could have been a very challenging experience so much easier for all, and we greatly appreciate it. During all of my interactions with Kristy, who was representing my dad for the sale of his home, she displayed the utmost professionalism, honesty, respect, open communication, and genuine concern for my dad. Love Kristy--what a pro in getting our home sold for us! She properly guided us on the selling price and quickly had the house sold within a month. Prior to the house going on the market she already had buyers lined up to make offers.
