Larry is one of the most skilled and knowledgeable agents I have ever had the pleasure of working with. From start to finish Larry took care of everything from photos, showings, negotiations, and final closing all extremely professionally and quickly. I absolutely could not have gotten the sales price and fast close that I did without his help. He was extremely attentive and responsive as well, always answering my calls and questions quickly, which was very important to me. I sold a rental property out of this area with a different agent under a 1031 exchange. After receiving the funds I worked with Larry to purchase 3 properties in the Joshua Tree area as rentals. Larry is very professional, organized, knowledgeable, both with local properties; as well as, repair contractors that I needed. Juggling the purchase of all 3 properties at the same time, I had to be very careful which docs went to which property and he kept them all straight. Under a 1031 exchange I only had 45 days to have offers on all 3 properties. Because of home inspections uncovering hidden things or delays in a seller responding to a list of repair items you don't know if a property is going to make it to closing so Larry helped to make sure all 3 properties moved along so I did not lose any of my 1031 exchange funds. He completed all docs accurately and always took my call or returned my call in a very brief time. Larry is a very good agent and I highly recommend him without any hesitation.

What can you say about Larry parent except that....he's AWESOME and AMAZING!! Larry was the agent for my wife and I through the buying and selling process for the same house six years apart.
