Larry was great to work with. Very responsive. Motivated agent. This was the second house he helped us sell with a 2 year gap. Both times we had to change agents because the first ones just didn't have that motivation. Maybe it's just luck, but both times Larry was able to get them sold at a decent price. Highly recommend it!

I strive to demonstrate highest level of integrity and commitment, Larry stated in his description. My experience with him clearly testifies to that. His goal was to serve, not sell. He helped and advised me like a friend and walked me through the steps of this home buying journey. I never felt pressured even though he kept me in check to complete all the necessary steps so I would succeed. He demonstrated patience, understanding, and most of all, honesty. I firmly believe that these key traits are what makes a life lasting trust and relationship.

My journey with Larry Smith in buying my current home ?? began @ Zillow.com. I did tons of research before purchasing my current home by reading Real Estate focused Business Articles. We looked @ more than a Dozen properties over several months in Placer and Sacramento Counties of California. Some of the homes we looked at were via FaceTime due to me being out of town. During this intense Sellers’ market, sometimes I felt like giving up and wait it out for a year or two before diving into purchasing a new home. Our offers were rejected all but twice. One of the offers that were accepted ended up being not being financially viable by the Mortgage company to keep up with a healthy Mortgage company. Larry was very patient and informative during this whole process over several months. He remained calm and composed and maintained positivity with smiles the whole time. He would always reply my emails and texts instantaneously without a delay. He kept in the loop and would always relay the information that he received from the other Seller’s side. I admit it was frustrating @ times for me when our offers got rejected and sometimes $50k over the asking price. Larry never gave up and he was tenacious and determined to find a home and which he did at the end. I am glad that I can now call myself a proud homeowner by living the American dream.
