Lavina is an amazing realtor and person. She very quickly got to know What I wanted in a home And what would suit us best. She was also very quickly able to evaluate whether a property had hidden issues Like water damage or uneven floors that concealed a bigger problem. She was very patient with me when I wanted to see properties that she already knew wouldn't suit us. She never let on that She knew what my response was going to be in advance. We covered a very wide geographic area At my request. She never complained and always made herself available. She was able to get us quick showings and dealt with other agents so smoothly that I didn't realize how much work she was doing behind the scenes. Levina Has uncanny knowledge ofBeing able to price the market, How much the homes or lots were going to fetch. What details it would take to get the contract. Her network of associates is amazing. They, like her, are honest, meticulous and hard-working individuals in a variety of fields. Home inspectors, moving companies, junk removal, contractors, etc. She has vetted them all. Lavina was recommended by our Baltimore-based agent as someone who was very knowledgeable in the Montgomery County real estate market. From the start she was helpful, personable, responsive and always on top of things. She and my wife (who did most of the searching) got along so well that by the end of the process they became good friends. Lavina consistently showed that she was well attuned to our priorities and always provided solid guidance in our search. Once we found our new home she continued to provide strong support from negotiation through closing. I could not recommend anyone more highly than Lavina - she is simply the best out there.

Was very responsive and had her ear to the ground in a fast moving market. She held viewings the same or next day when I saw an interesting listing she sent me. Lavina was knowledgeable about how to make strong offer in the Frederick market and helped me find a new home within a month!
