There are many good things I have to say about her; super dedicated to her job, she always answered when we called her, she dedicated a lot of time to helping us learn how to buy a house, she knows a lot about her job, she is very responsible with her job and her clients and always solving the problems that were presented to us. For me, 100% professional and a great human being (tanks narianne).

I hired this team based off of the reviews I had read. My husband and I had already bought a house 4 1/2 hours away. There were some improvements to our development (road resurfacing) and we thought it would be messy to try to show the house during this time so we agreed to put on market after (which was about 5 weeks after we signed paperwork) Joy and Larry both came to my house and did a market comparison when we first interviewed them, and we wound up listing the house almost $50,000 less than they originally mentioned than the 5 weeks prior due to the market. I can not fault them for the market as this is out of their control. I can mention what they promised VS what they did. Being that the home was going to be empty I asked them that they come and check on things. I also bought plants by the front of the garage that once a week would need to make sure that they were watered etc. Just a once a week walk through, they promised me “Whatever you need” “we will make it happen” etc After I signed the paperwork they never once went to my house like they promised. I had a few issues and they would not go and look into anything, I hired a cleaning lady and paid neighbors to go and check on things and water the plants after I realized they were dying in the cameras. They do not have any resources to help you. They told me that a buyer loved my house, but did not like the popcorn ceiling. I feel (and I know other realtors) would/should have capitalized on that sale, talk to me, let's hire someone to go in and remove the popcorn ceiling and get that sale - lets make it happen! I would have paid or reduced sale cost to make this happen and we could have gotten the sale, but this was not something they neither mentioned or offered. I was a bit upset that they let this potential sale go away without even trying to capture Bottom line : they will make a bunch of promises, but after you sign the paperwork do not expect anything from them other than closing the deal so they can get their commission. After listing the house $50,000 less than originally discussed, I wound up selling for another $20,000 less than listed.
