Lee is meticulous! Developed a plan that was well executed. The original scenario laid out for the sale and anticipated selling price was exceeded. Lee separates himself from a process sometimes perceived as a skeptical process.

I would highly recommend Lee! My experience was very positive especially considering I was selling out of state. Lee took care of everything and kept me informed at all times. He explained everything to me and when I didn't understand things, he explained it again. During this process, I always had complete confidence in his ability, knowledge and expertise. Lee priced the condo at the right price, I received multiple offers, and was able to close quickly with an all cash- offer above the asking price! Thanks Lee!

Lee is Awesome! He was very enthusiastic and confident and everything he said he would do he did! He priced our condo to get multiple offers and it did! We were very impressed with him. ( even my husband and that's not easy to to! ) He is extremely knowledgeable and informative. He has great integrity and was always available. Very professional yet with a sense of humor. We could not have asked for a better realtor! He definitely worked for his commission. And I would recommend him to Everyone!!

Based on his bios and reviews, I was excited to speak to Lee about this property, others if it was no longer available, and buying a condo by the end of spring. "When working with buyers, Lee's ability to get to know a person well is his most important asset." - Lee's bio. My experience was exactly the opposite. Lee was condescending and dismissive on the phone. He did all the talking during our phone call, and assumed that I didn't have financing in place to make a bid higher than the asking price. I believe I was treated poorly because I am a woman. Here is the series of events: 5:44 pm 2/20/15: I left a message for Lee on his Google Voice number. I said I was interested in seeing his listing on 1890 Adam Clayton Powell, I had financing secured (I didn't give a number, but the number is well above the ask price listed), and we needed to move in by the end of April. 8:15 am 2/21/15: Lee called prior to business hours (I have a picture of my phone with his phone number beginning with 917 and the call time). Lee opened the conversation by saying his name. I was asleep, and was groggy when I took the call. I said yes. He then started emptily apologizing, saying he thought the GoogleVoice call had just come through and he was returning my call, and that it might be too early to call because I was in the Midwest. I replied no, I had called yesterday afternoon, and I lived in New York. Lee spoke for the next few minutes in an extremely condescending tone. He showed not only did he not listen to my message, he made a lot of assumptions about what kind of buyer I was. He said the 1890 Adam Clayton Powell property was going to sign a contract on Monday for well over asking price. He then described how he sold 1890 Adam Clayton Powell he suggested to the clients that they price under market value to sell quickly (clients were relocating for work). He got 40 people into the open house, and received nine offers. He told me that condos are for investors, and that if I am looking to move and buy that I really need to consider co-ops. I was so shocked at his response, I said thanks and hung up. I am disappointed that Corcoran would have a person like this representing their company. I will be buying a condo soon, and look forward to speaking with a broker who will speak to me based on what s/he knows about me, not what they assumed about me based on a one-minute voicemail.

This year Lee helped me sell my Co-Op. He was extremely professional and organized. He always made himself available if I had questions and his advice was very helpful to me as a first time seller. I was amazed at his knowledge of the area and expertise in the industry. It was a pleasure dealing with someone of his caliber and his positive attitude made a lasting impression.
