The Leonardo Group is simply amazing! They deserve 10 Stars!! Leonardo, Marcio & Luis make a fantastic team. From the second our transaction began, they were there to guide us every step of the way. They were extremely responsive to all of our questions and they are exceptionally knowledgeable; specifically, their guidance on the actual value of the property we purchased was invaluable to our offer being accepted. I can't say enough about this team & their professionalism. The added benefit is that they are all truly kind people who looked out for our best interest every step of the process!!

Leonardo, Marcio, and Shawna have been fabulous from our initial email to the continued communication on our property search in Palm Springs. Not being from the area, the team was wonderful in explaining the local market and providing recommendations as we looked at potential condos…it’s also worth noting they gave delicious suggestions on local eateries, attractions and hikes the city has to offer. The Palm Springs market was nothing short of competitive, and eye opening. The team was with us every step of the way in setting up viewings, accommodating our schedules, giving us advice on pricing, ensuring we saw all available units that fit our criteria, and guided us through the official offer process. Their patience and knowledge allowed us to submit an offer and also learn a few things in the process, such as an escalation clause…this gave us peace of mind that we would not overpay and stay in our price comfort zone. We continue to work with Leonardo, Marcio, and Shawna until we find our perfect home!

Leonardo and his team were amazing to work with! He, Marcio & Shauna provided us with incredible knowledge regarding our purchase and more importantly incredible service. They went out of their way to answer all of our questions very promptly. Leonardo's knowledge of the area was so helpful and his guidance on helping make the offer was invaluable. This was the smoothest real estate transaction we have ever made thanks to him and his team. I truly can not say enough positive things about them. If you are looking in the Palm Springs-Palm Desert or Coachella Valley I highly recommend the Leonardo team!!

Leonardo was incredibly responsive to every question I posed, and very willing to discuss any aspect of a property. He provided very good advice regarding placing offers. He was very understanding for any reason that I expressed regarding decisions to not go forward with an offer.

I can't say enough nice things about Leonardo and his team! They represented me as a buyer on a recent transaction. Leonardo's knowledge and personal contacts were especially important when we ran into a hiccup with the appraisal and how busy appraisers were in the area. There was nothing the lender could do to speed up the process and we wanted to close in the allotted 30 days. It turns out Leonardo knew the company the appraiser worked for and was able to pull some strings to turn around the appraisal so that we could close on time! Industry contacts are so important in this business, especially in this hot market!
