We have worked with many agents through the years and have done 17 real-estate transactions. Linda ranks right at the top of all of the agents that we have used. Very professional and knows the market very well. She recommends a price commensurate with the value of your home in addition to the area. She is not just interested in a quick transaction, instead works with her clients to understand their needs/expectations and works hard to meet or exceed those expectations. I would highly recommend Linda to anyone trying to sell or buy a home in Austin.

She was very truthful about my old home sale and my new home buy. She guided me every step of the way!!! A+ I recommend her to two co-workers and will be recommending her to anyone who needs a GREAT realtor!!!

Linda Welsh helped me with the sale of a commercial building several years ago. Her experience was crucial for negotiating with the buyer and his agent due to the sellers complicated loan process. Plus, Linda is just a nice person and does really care about the people she serves.

We purchased a home through Linda and she also sold our home. Our home sold in 3 weeks and we got nearly the asking price. She did a terrific job on both sides of our transaction.

Linda not only helped me buy this home but has sold a home for me in a very difficult situation, helped me with interim rentals till we were able to locate this home. She is a tireless at helping, spends all the time and uses her contacts to get you through the whole process and spends all the time necessary regardless of location, time of day, day of week. Was practically never an issue. Very responsive to phone calls, e-mails and text. In the end, Linda and her husband want not just another client but a friend when the business is done.
