Lisa did an amazing job selling our Townhouse and finding us a new house. She made sure to explain to us how we needed to prepare our Townhouse so that she could then send in her professional photographer to take photos for the listing. Once the photos were done she was able to list the house in a day and she immediately scheduled an open house for us. We only had 1 open house and got multiple offers. We listed in May and had 2 kids in school and Lisa was able to negotiate the deal so that we closed in 30 days but still stayed in the home until the kids were done with school. All at the same time she was showing us houses daily and finally found us a new home and we were able to close in time for us to move in the same day we moved out of our Townhouse. If you are looking to sell your home, buy a home or sell and buy like us, I would highly recommend Lisa as she is very knowledgeable, has a positive attitude and always deliveres on her promises.

This was our second time working with Lisa. She helped us sell and buy this time, and we had a fantastic experience working with her! She's knowledgable, reliable, was always in touch with us throughout the process, and really went above and beyond to make sure we felt at ease during what was a stressful process. She's always available by phone call/text, which was great for myself, as I'm not well versed in real estate. After the first time we bought with her help, we didn't hesitate to call her this second time when it was time to move. We can't recommend her enough!

Thank You Lisa! We would have been lost without you… Wife are I are first time homebuyers super intimidated by this competitive market but super selective too. Lisa worked with us end to end and got us a home within budget, nice area, good school district all the while being highly informative and accomodating.

Lisa is a wonderful person. She helped us to find a beautiful home for us. Being a first time home buyer she guided me well on each step and she was there for me whenever I needed. She is very friendly and family oriented. She goes beyond and see what is good for her client. I would definitely recommend her to my friends.

I really don’t know where to start , so I’ll start in the middle …. Finding my first home I was scared and lost , Lisa reach out to me after I did a search on Zillow. When I first met Lisa she cared about what I wanted and let me know upfront that with real estate if it’s meant to be then I’ll have it . I held on to that statement for about 2 to 3 years , that’s how long it took me to find the property that fits my budget . Lisa hang in there With me until I close on my condominium in January of 2022. Lisa showed more faith in me than I had in my self and that’s a fact . Lisa went to several showings on behalf of me in NJ ,because at the time I lived and work in NYC , whiles she had me on face time she took her time to go over every aspect of the home to ensure the home was in good standing . I honestly believe that they do not make people like Lisa Grande anymore . She’s a kind soul , I have loads of love and respect for her . The day of closing I remember her saying to me if u need anything at the store let me know or when u hv deliveries and u can’t be here , I’ll come by to ensure it’s done…. She saw the puzzle look on my face , Lisa said to me ….”listen ….at this point I’m Not your Relator , I’m your friend “ . Thank you Lisa , I appreciate your kindness , compassion and understanding.
