What a fantastic experience working with Bob and Lisa in the purchase of our new home! We felt at ease with them right away, and they provided service and value that far exceeded our expectations. They pointed out little things that greatly helped our decision making, and they provided knowledge and contacts that made the process far simpler. As experienced home buyers, we didn’t expect to LEARN much from our realtors - but learn we did. They even looked after our purchased home in the several months before we could move in! Lisa and Bob are wonderful to work with. They helped us find the home we have dreamed of owning for years. They are extremely professional, but also very fun, and provide great customer service. This was my first time buying a home and they answered all of my questions and always responded in a timely manner. We will definitely work with them again in the future if we ever need a realtor again. We couldn't have asked for a better set of realtors, they are outstanding!

I loved working with Lisa and Bob. We bought and sold with them, and I would do it again. Fantastic customer service! Always timely called us back. Kept us updated. No pressure. Patient. Honest. Really listened to us and our needs. Willing to spend as much time as needed to find us the home we wanted. Such experienced advice – they’ve seen it all and know how to navigate all sorts of situations. Thought of all the extra details. . . even brought a basket of disposable booties for folks to wear at showings of our house! And, they are actually nice folks you would like in real life. It’s no wonder they sell so many homes. There are lots of realtor options, but the Novosads are #1 in my book.

We have had the BEST experience working with Lisa and Bob Novosad. Lisa was there for us every step of the way educating and supporting us. They truly provide incredible service to their clients. Very pleasant successful experience. We’ve known Bob and Lisa for over 20 years. They are professional and diligent realtors who go over and above the real estate process. We couldn’t have asked for a better turn out each and every time. We were on a complicated timeline and they managed to get full price on our home, even after being on the market for 19 days, and right into our next home! Thank you Bob and Lisa!
