Loretta is an excellent realtor. She goes above and beyond what is expected of her. She traveled long distance, worked long hours, and negotiated with bankers and lawyers all to make sure we were getting what we wanted. She was so knowledgeable about the entire process. Gave excellent tips and advice on home improvement, insurance coverage, available programs. She communicated with everyone involved throughout the entire process and walked us through every step of the way. She made our first time buying a home so easy. Loretta assisted my husband and I in the purchase of our new home. She is knowledgeable and very helpful through the whole process. We had issues with the Sellers of one home and she guided us through and even though that house didn’t work out, she continued working with us and we found an even better home with no issues! The process was smooth! I recommend Loretta 10/10!
