My fiance and I worked with Lori while we bought our first home. When we first met Lori we were uncertain on how anything worked when it came to buying a house. Lori put us in touch with her banker who was able to help get us approved and gave us a budget to work with. Once we had our budget Lori helped us look at properties for months on end, she was always accommodating and ready to see the houses with us, she has a way of making you feel like you are the only person she is working with. While looking at the houses Lori was knowledgeable and full of amazing ideas on how to transform a space, she is creative in finding solutions to make sure that you get everything you are looking for no matter your budget, she has a great eye when it comes to finding potential problems in a home and is quick to communicate with the sellers to find out info and put in offers. We looked at several houses that would need work from pool resurfacing, electrical work, plumbing, you name it Lori has someone who can help you. She never put any pressure on us to make a decision even when we went to see several houses for second showings and never ended up buying them she was happy to do whatever she could to make sure that we were comfortable and happy with our decisions. We ended up buying a short sale and Lori stayed in contact with updates almost weekly for 10 months! On the day of closing Lori took the time to take some pictures of my fiance and I at the final walk through so we could have the memories. She has made this typically stressful experience almost effortless on our half and I could not have asked for anything better and I am so thankful for all of her help. I highly recommend working with Lori if you're looking to buy or sell a home.

Lori was a big help in purchasing my first home. Always there to answer all questions I had. Quick response. Very knowledgeable about the area and the houses. Alot of patience to find the right house. Thank you for a big part in my life.

Lori was always professional and attentitve to what we were looking for in a home. Because i was in the middle of traveling for my work, Lori stayed in touch with me, keeping me current in steps i needed to get through to support getting the house we wanted. Lori was great to work with, was knowledable and always got back with us with answers. She was as excited as we were and that made this process fun & at moments when I felt stressed, Lori was there, providing support & encouagement. Lori was simply just awesome!

I highly recommend Lori if you are looking for a true professional. Lori was fantastic from the very beginning of the process including giving us staging tips and taking great photographs to showcase our home. Lori worked diligently from the time we listed the house (including hosting open houses) right through to the closing. Lori is knowledgeable and very even-tempered which helps when there are so many facets of the sale that have to be managed including a wide-range of personalities that have to be dealt with along the way.
