Lorrie zeroed in very quickly on what I was looking for in a home. She didn’t waste my time and found the perfect home for me at a great price. Her recommendation of a mortgage lender and title agency were spot on and the process went smoothly. She truly advocated for me every step of the way, even after the closing with service provider suggestions. I highly recommend Lorrie!

I sold my house with Lorrie last month and couldn’t be happier! I had been renting my house for 2 years in the Sweetwater Ranch neighborhood in Scottsdale after losing my husband. I decided to sell and had my house on the market for 2 months with the company that I was using to manage the rental aspect of my home. I was doing this from out of state and was trusting the agent to assess, report, and manage the marketing, cleanup, and showing of the house. I was not at all happy with their approach and they kept encouraging me to lower the price every 2 weeks. I didn’t feel thy were hustling and actively managing my home at all. I asked my previous neighbor if she had a recommendation for a new agent that I could ask for clarification of my concerns about the lack of progress on my home. She gave me Lorrie’s information and after a 30 minute phone conversation I knew she was sent from up above! Lorrie immediately had a dozen ideas that my agent hadn’t even discussed or thought of! She had taken a client thru my house and knew exactly what was NOT being done to make it move. She gave me her time and attention and did it in such a kind but professional manner, never talking badly about my incompetent agent. She completely took control of the situation,hustled like no other, communicated beautifully with me being out of state, was absolutely calm,cool and collected whenever a problem(there were MANY) arose and had my house sold, ABOVE asking price and back up offers the first day back on the market! I really can’t get into all the crazy,stressful,last minute things that needed her personal attention and problem solving skills because I was out of state. But she handled everything for me with her incredible connections,experience and professionalism. I’m sooooo thankful my neighbor gave me Lorrie’s information otherwise I would probably be still trying to sell my house for way under market value.
