Lucy did a fantastic job helping us sell our house in Saratoga. She was so easy and pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable about the market, hard working, and extremely responsive in answering questions. Her selling plan was thorough and effective. Prior to the sell, she recommended to have the house inspected early. She proposed a house improvement and staging plan that can add on the most selling values. She asked us to document all prior improvements and upgrades to show the buyers that the house was well maintained. Lucy has good strategies in terms of pricing and timing of listing. We are also very impressed by her negotiation skills to maximize the selling price and get two months free rent back. We were very happy with the final outcome -- a quick sale in 11 days at a satisfying price in a slow market. We highly recommend Lucy as an agent.

Lucy is my fifth agent since I started buying/selling property 25 years ago. I would rate Lucy No.1 out of these five, with No.2 far away from Lucy. Through multiple property sell/buy transactions worked out by Lucy, I realized that my initial decision to let her work for me is a great one. Down the road I will not need any more to make such a decision of picking up an agent, as long as Lucy keeps working in her field. In my eyes, two factors from Lucy are outstanding. First, she is very strong in her profession. Maximizing buyer/seller’s interest for the deal is her intrinsic focus. When selling a property, she takes all opportunities of setting up close relationship with people who come to see the property, by using her great personality and solid and rich real estate knowledge and experience. When buying a property, she shows her very skillful negotiation ability and is able to well manage the conflict of putting a low-priced offer vs not losing the deal to other potential buyers. Second, what is the hidden power to drive her to become a top performer? It’s passion from her inside. She works on every case as if that case is her own family’s case. In other words, her customers don’t need to drive or push her at all to make a transaction deal the best, because she drives herself beyond her customers’ satisfaction until she satisfies herself. Well, to avoid a lengthy comment, here I will omit listing many good examples of how she worked on my transactions. Of cause, I would love to refer Lucy to be the agent for my relatives, friends, coworkers, neighbors, etc. when they have a need. I’m 100% sure Lucy won’t disappoint any of them.

We met Lucy Song randomly couple times at an open house and she impressed us with her knowledge to the local market and trend. She is a good listener and understood quickly for what we want and provide her intelligent advice and strategies. She is very patient to answer all our questions and concerns with very quick responses too. In past, she have helped us to got several houses accepted through her big network and resources. Unfortunately, we were very regretted not to have taken her advice. She continuously searches houses to our needs. She is such a kind, caring, fun and not too pushy person, we trust her and treat her as our friend. We are so happy to have just bought a nice house through her in such a competitive market. She made all transition so smooth. She continually help our remodel project and recommends us to good remodel contractors. We had a really great experience and keep recommending Lucy to all our friends who are in the market for a new house or sell a house. We will use Lucy's services in the future for both buy and sell no doubt.

We were so blessed to have found Lucy Song to be our agent who helped us through our home sell and purchase process. Lucy is an expert in her field and I am very impressed how knowledgeable she is with the market and home purchase/sell. She is extremely responsive, enthusiastic, diligent, quick in response and followthrough. Lucy absolutely stood out from all of the other agents we worked with in the past or came across during open house. She listens to us, gives us advice and represent the best interest of us at all time. She found the house we absolutely LOVE and helped us get the house without costing an arm and leg in such competitive market. Lucy also helped us sell our old house over asking price within a short period of time. I am also very thankful that Lucy has a big network and resources (home improve contractor, loan agents, cleaning and many more) we could leverage on. I highly recommend Lucy to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their property. She will never disappoint you. It was fantastic working with Lucy!
