My wife and I started looking for a home to buy in early 2022. We were under time pressure due to personal reasons. Our chances were not good because it was the most extreme sellers' market in decades. Nonetheless, Lynette turned the tides and helped us get a great home quickly. While touring houses, Lynette got important information from listing agent such as reason of selling, number of offers, and expected price. After entering contract, Lynette referred several high quality inspectors and navigated us through tons of paperwork. When the appraisal came in lower than expected, Lynette negotiated critical time extensions to give us more time before removing contingencies, while our great loan agent (who was also referred by Lynette) saved the deal using another loan program with lower loan-to-value requirements. While sending repair requests, Lynette represented our interests and negotiated $5,000+ repairs and credits for us, which was remarkable in a market where sellers had nearly all the power. Last but not least, Lynette was very responsive throughout this process, replying to messages in minutes and handling issues promptly. As first time home buyers, we were lucky to have the support of Lynette and her network of real estate professionals.

Lynette, my listing agent, is extraordinary! She did a beautiful job in marketing my property, which included staging and preparing my condo for the gorgeous photographs and virtue video tour. She was extremely helpful throughout the process. She answered all questions and concerns with knowledge, patient and respect. Lynette handled the delays and follow-ups with efficiency and timeliness. She is an excellent, honest and personable Real Estate Agent. I highly, highly recommend her!
