When we decided we wanted to explore buying a condo in Maui we had no idea who to work with as we live in Colorado. I began looking at pictures and reading descriptions of agents. I came across Maggie Cabalar and knew she was going to be my first call. From our first conversation over the phone to meeting her in Maui after our purchase, Maggie walked right beside us through our purchase. She promptly responded to texts and phone calls. She video called us on FaceTime to show us properties, video recorded walk-throughs, and uploaded them to Dropbox for our family members to view. We “saw” several properties before we decided on the location we wanted to pursue and she never made us feel like we were imposing in her. She was always glad to show us something we found online. She helped us write a few contracts (we bought in the craziness of the summer of 2021 market). Ultimately the condo we purchased was never listed but was one Maggie had heard about and pursued for us. There was still a lot of interest and it was her wisdom in writing a counteroffer that got us the property over two other contracts. She had connections and references for us through the entire process from the inspection to the loan to general contractors to best ways to get in touch with the HOA. Her help, knowledge, calm assurances, work ethic, and overall professionalism made the process far more smooth than we would have ever imagined. She is fantastic!

Maggie is the best. A truly nice person Maggie was so helpful and always willing to go a step further for you Even after we’ve made settlement Maggie is still helping us with any problems we may have

Maggie was an amazing help to me when I decided to moved to a different state. She started the hunt of housing even way before the moving date. She was so quick that we didn't even have to wait more than 3 weeks to close our deal with the house. She is fast, wise, and the quality of work she offers is phenomenal. I highly recommend Maggie as your realtor, the integrity, accuracy and respect she give to her customers is incomparable, you won't regret it!

Maggie Cabalar as our real estate agent was a great helpin finding our new home in Redding CA. She was very knowledgeable of the area and easy to work with. She was very responsive to my calls and emails. Maggie was patient with us and showed us a variety of homes until we found the perfect fit. She got our offer accepted quickly and we are enjoying our new home.
