Mark Peebles patiently worked with us for over 2 years while we geared up to list our home and look for a new one. He was always VERY helpful with any questions we had about the process and made a stressful time more manageable. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area, could give us wonderful people to contact when we needed something addressed in our homes, and helped negotiate the best deals when both selling and buying. We also cannot say enough positive things about his wonderful team that helped us with all the tedious steps in our paperwork and inspections. He is a top notch realtor that will work faithfully to make your experience a positive and successful experience. Five stars all the way!

Mark Peebles went above and beyond during the difficult time of selling my elderly parents' home. He was helpful from beginning to end. He was thoughtful and kind as my parents transitioned from their last home. He had a great wealth of knowledge, was objective, and fair. He helped from the beginning by preparing for the sale, negotiating fairly, and was there right through closing - not to mention that he was able to seal the deal for thousands more than asking price. He is the real deal!

He is the absolute BEST realtor we’ve ever used! He helped us buy the home he just helped us sell! He has gone way above and beyond the realtor call of duty! He let us use his personal trailer to move things, he bought us a microwave and let us pay him back at closing and he came to us when we were in need after our basement flooded to be a strong support. I can’t say enough good things about Mark Peebles; he has been a true blessing to me and my family. He has become a good friend! Thanks, Mark!

Mark was wonderful to work with. We were connected with him through the on boarding process with my work, and we knew we would use him when it came time to buy a house. He helped us navigate the market and make the tough decision of which house to go buy. Throughout the negotiation process, he was fair and even handed. You'll never feel like he's selling you a line. He's an honest, genuine guy, and was a pleasure to work with. We'd recommend him to anyone.
