This is my second home transaction using Maria! We bought our house with her in 2017 when we lived out of town. She was very patient driving us around when we have time to come down and look at houses. When it was time to sell in 2022 She was super organized and proactive. She set up all the contractors to make the repairs, scheduled them, and followed through with their work. She’s gave good pricing advice and helpers guide me through a uneven housing market. I trusted her instincts and market-sense with each step and am glad I did.

Maria was very good at screening potential buyers and only letting qualified buyers see our house. She let us take control of staging our house, and helped us present a turn key property at a reasonable cost. She kept to an aggressive closing timeline and there were no glitches once we had our buyer.
