Mariana sold our house quickly. She immediately lets you know what needs to be corrected so the house is sold quickly. Mariana is in constant communication with you and makes sure everyone is happy with the purchase. She sold my mother's house and was expedient about the whole sale while being very courteous.

Mariana, was instrumental in our purchase of a duplex at 618 Jasper St., Edinburg, Texas. She gave us an excellent service at each part of the purchase, such as finding the duplex according to our requirements, negotiating with the seller and all the paper work required for the closing. She was always available whenever we needed her with her advice and to us resolve our special requests. We are fully aware that without her help, we would not have been able to purchase the property. The real estate industry needs more agents with her professionalism.
