We are currently living internationally and wanted to sell our home in Washington state. Marie-Noëlle was extremely professional, highly communicative, supportive and got our house sold in 3 days in a market where houses were taking on average 30-60 days to sell. She was able to navigate a very contentious situation between the parties and made both sides feel comfortable with the decision. She was remarkable in how she handled the whole process from beginning to end!

Marie-Noelle was great to work with. I hadn't purchased or sold any real estate in years. She was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process. Her knowledge, attention to detail and communication skills were very impressive. I highly recommend her. I don't give 5 stars easily. But I did here.
