She is an excellent communicator and extremely professional. She met with us to let us know what to expect in the process and updated us every step of the way. I am so pleased with the outcome. Marie-Noëlle was extremely professional, highly communicative, supportive and got our house sold in 3 days in a market where houses were taking on average 30-60 days to sell. She was able to navigate a very contentious situation between the parties and made both sides feel comfortable with the decision. She was remarkable in how she handled the whole process from beginning to end!

Marie-Noelle was great to work with. I hadn't purchased or sold any real estate in years. She was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process. Her knowledge, attention to detail and communication skills were very impressive. I highly recommend her. I don't give 5 stars easily. But I did here.

Marie-Noelle was amazing during the entire process from getting to know the real estate market in the area, looking for a home to buy, and throughout the entire contracting and buying process. Her expertise was invaluable, especially as we are new to the area. She made sure to stay on top of the contingency deadlines. She stayed in communication with myself and my husband throughout the entire process whether it was during normal business hours on a weekend or even in the evenings, she was available to answer all of our questions. We were excited to close on our new home. I definitely would recommend Marie-Noelle as a trustworthy realtor with significant experience and knowledge of the market to anyone looking to buy or sell home. She took great care of our family and will take great care of yours too.
