Outstanding service, did not rest until we were absolutley satisfied. She went above and beyond so we could find the house of dreams and close successfully. There were a lot of things we didn’t know as first time home buyers, and she gave reallt good advice and tips. She will work around the clock for you! If you are looking for someone committed and trustworthy she is the best option!!!

Maritza made the home buying process less stressful and always was available for showings and answered every question we had. Realty is not just her job she does daily it’s more than that and you can tell that by the way she works.

I don’t know where to even begin. Maritza helped us find our forever home! She had us working with the best lender. We had many issues (our fault) and she always followed up on our loan process and never gave up. She was always willing to show us properties at really any time that worked best for US! If you want a truly dedicated realtor who is there to take care of her people all the way to the end, it’s her! Thanks again for everything!

Very professional, had lots of patience with me and understood what I wanted. Never gave up on me and explained things an individual wouldn't understand compared to a realtor.
