Mark and his team have helped us buy two homes and sell one. Every time, Mark and his team have been there for us- answering questions, helping us strategize and really listening to what is important to us,. And every time, we have walked away from the sell/buy happy and satisfied. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and understands when last minuet adjustments need to happen. He has always put our family's needs and wants before his own and for that we are truly grateful! We cannot recommend Mark and his team enough!

If you're buying or selling property in Highlands Ranch you need to work with Mark Bauer and his team.  He was referred to us by a neighbor who is also a client and we're so glad they steered us his way. Mark knows the business, is patient, and we immediately felt we could trust him.  We haven't worked with many other realtors but our experience with him and his team was everything we could have asked for.  Mark is quick to explain that his specialty is pricing homes appropriately to sell quickly, and he proved that with our home.  It sold in 24 hours for well above asking to a qualified buyer. Jamie, his associate also really helped us understand the process, answer questions along the way and calm any nerves that arose. Thank you, Jamie! In addition to helping sell the house, Mark and his team were also very helpful in getting us prepared to sell and in closing the sale.  I think this is a crucial part of the process that doesn't get as much attention.  From Mark's team you will get the attention you need, the connections to good vendors and communication along the way.  Mark helped us get the house painted at a good price within the week, and he seemed to have any other kind of vendor we needed on speed dial too.  Mark's network is unparalleled and he's a delight to work with, don't try your luck with others!

Mark Bauer was a pleasure to work with not only was he super organized, he works efficiently and listens to all you have to say in order to narrow your choices of your homes, accordingly. We are from Arizona and we took our time, but Mark was patient and was there whenever we came to town with our list of houses we wanted to see. If he wasn’t available a team member was and we appreciated that! He always followed up after our home searching. If we had issues or problems with a house we were considering he would give advice or find out the answers with no pressuring or cover ups. Mark and his team members work hard to make sure that when you do want to make an offer and close on a home, that all the team comes together to coordinate it all to make a smooth transition before closing. (This can be a tough time so it is important to have an expert and experienced agent). The bottom line is we would definitely recommend Mark & his team

Mark and his network of professionals were a true pleasure to work with. Mark in particular helped us wade through many listings to find just the right combination of walkability, price, features and location. We purchased a wonderful home as a direct result of Mark's efforts.
