If you are ever looking for a realtor in Hawaii look no further than Mark Waite and Beachology. Professional realtor with a pulse for the market and trends. Once we made the decision to list our property the work done with professional pictures and communication with other realtors to get the listing noticed was by far the best we experienced in selling a home. We had an acceptable offer within 41 days and closed by day 69 on the market. Once we had the acceptable offer a check list was provided by Mark and Beachology with dates to keep the process moving forward to a closing. Mark monitored all steps for completion. Great service. Mark is a real estate agent who knows the Hawaiian market and the needs of his clients. From our initial emails, meetings, touring properties and the many discussions that followed, Mark was on top of things for us. It was wonderful to be able to call, text or email Mark and get a prompt and knowledgeable response. He is focused, professional and very helpful. He kept his cool when negotiations got intense. We also appreciated his feedback during all parts of the due diligence & negotiations. He has excellent communication skills, is earnest and hardworking. We are happy to say we just closed on our Hawaiian home recently and can highly recommend Mark. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Mark is a great realtor. I found him while in California by searching a list of top 50 realtors in Hawaii. I left a message, he called me back and we talked. He asked good questions. We actually never met until escrow closed but we did FaceTime several times throughout the process so I could see the property and participate in the inspection, walkthrough, etc. I found his guidance and advice to be spot on. He really knew the market, knew what the market would bear, how far we should take our negotiations, things like that. I would definitely recommend him and his company to my friends.

Amy is an exceptional real estate agent. She truly understands all the elements that are key to finding the perfect property! Listening carefully on what we were looking for, her early preparation, constant communication, all the showings, the follow-ups and the final follow through! Hands down- Amy is the BEST!
