Marlene was phenomenal and instrumental in selling my property. I had tried to sell for over a year but when I listed it with Marlene she was on it immediately. Within 48 hours she had a team at the property with a drone to collect pictures for the listing. She researched the area and suggested a price which I was delighted with. I had an offer within a week. She helped me negotiate with the buyer, always answering my calls and texts at all hours all the way to closing which was about a month after I contacted Marlene. WOW! I'm never using anyone one else!!

Marlene was so kind, understanding, and you truly listed to me when I was stressed and needed to vent. She was so calm/patient. Selling a home is not easy, but she approached it with such grace. The contract on this house was difficult; but Marlene helped me navigate through the issues. Many thanks and she will have my recommendation if I know of anyone buying/selling in the Kingsport area.

Marlene is excellent I highly recommend her services. She has a lot of knowledge in both real estate from Florida and Tennessee. Marlene made the home selling process for me smooth, and convenient while I reside out of state.
