Marta was the best realtor I have ever worked with. She helped us sell our townhome. She is very professional, proactive, resourceful, and easy to communicate with. She was very organized and detail-oriented, to make sure to get our house sold with top dollar. She is no average realtor but a professional beyond excellence. Marta was our realtor as we looked to sell our home this spring. She is knowledgeable, resourceful, professional and stays one step ahead of the selling process. She was just great. Marta helped us sell and buy a new home in Spring 2020. The market at the time was challenging given the COVID pandemic yet she was still able to sell our home for top dollar (before it hit the market) as well as help us find a new home. She is professional and responsive as well as kind. She truly went above and beyond to show us properties of interest and was very patient with us throughout the process. I would recommend Marta to anyone looking to make the home buying/selling process run smoothly and stress free.

Due to a potential job transfer from out of town, we were in a rush to view condos/townhouses in Plymouth and Minneapolis, MN areas. Within 2 days’ notice, Marta created a list to show us around immediately. At the same time, she created an account to push new listings to our emails. Due to the challenges in the current housing market, she continued revising the search criteria to make sure we had enough new listings to consider. She re-arranged her schedules to accommodate our urgent needs and found other expert to step in to help us within hours of notice when she was out of town. I have been working with more than 10 real estate experts in the past due to my real estate investments and family moving, Mart’s service is at the top for excellence.

Marta is an amazing realtor and a person. We are so happy we found her via one of her listings, we bought our home while we were still living out of state; without her that would not have been possible: she facilitated virtual tours for us to work with our schedule and was always available to answer any questions we have. There were some challenges finding the "right" home, she didn't give up on us but worked harder to help us find our perfect home. She is prompt, honest, hardworking and will stick it out to the end. One of the best there is and would definitely recommend her as well as work with her in the future if the need arises.
