Martha worked tirelessly to find just the perfect home for us as we relocated from Atlanta. She was more than flexible with her time as we could only visit homes on the weekend. Once we found the right house she made sure we obtained the best deal possible. She is totally connected to the Charleston market and is a great resource for everything from real estate to schools and fun events!

My wife and I were searching for a home in the Charleston area due to our upcoming move from out of state for work. We were referred to Martha, who was able to tailor our showings to a list of priorities we provided and efficiently guided us through a short weekend we had to visit the area. When we returned several months later, she had used the previous experience to further refine our search and we ultimately put an offer in on a home that met the exact criteria that were important to us. From the time we went under contract to closing, she made us feel comfortable with every choice we were making, which was especially appreciated as we were first-time homebuyers. Now that we have closed, she had made herself continually available to assist us prior to our arrival in town, providing guidance on recommended companies to work with given her local knowledge and experience.
