I wasted 6 months. People called he wouldn't answer or return calls. He put a sign that couldn't be seen. He didn't post good pictures. He wouldn't let me out of contract although contract said I could cancel. He told me I needed to reconsider the price that he put on my property. It was very horrible. He threated to charge me the fee because a neighbor came inside the store. Very bad experience. When one person saw the place, they had money and wanted to buy.. He said, they were foreigners and did not have morals like we do. I have it in writing. List goes on of problems.

Wasted 3 months by signing a contract with him. He's all talk and no action. I went with his recommendation on the listing price, and then he said I had it listed too high. He said he had calls inquiring about the property, and I dropped the price 3 times, but he never sent me an offer. His website has incorrect information, and it took him a month to even list it on his website. Now I am no longer under contract with him, and he still has my property listed under MLS and on his website. Unprofessional and lazy.

Marty helped my business secure a commercial lease in East Texas as well as found my wife and I a River property after we looked for almost 2 years.
