When it comes to expertise in ALL areas of Real Estate, Mary Ann is totally top tier. When a house popped up and we had a tight schedule Mary Ann made the appointment happen. She's an insightful listener and quickly assessed our needs and preferences and we hit the ground running. She found the perfect house available for our family and negotiated an outstanding result! MaryAnn is a genuine gem. This was an interstate move for us and we were not too familiar with the area and did not have an existing base of friends and or family in the area. We relied on finding a realtor online instead of a referral which for us is always a first preference. We are so appreciative that we found her online. She is patient, a good listener,honest and has a high degree of client focus. She always respected our time and was available for all phone calls and visits giving preference to our schedule. She gave us great recommendations for Mortgage and Home insurance and was always supportive and protective of our interests. We will always recommend her and are very thankful for her expertise in dealing with new construction homes and rock solid work ethics.

All details of the sale of my parents house during a difficult time were handled with complete professionalism. We were kept informed completely on all trasactions and communications with the buyer from out of state. She took precise and thorough care of every detail from listing to end, guiding us to the settlement. I would use Mary Ann again on my future purchase.

We loved working with Mary Ann. She was very proactive with everything, which was great because we were a relocation and had small windows of time to browse homes. She was always available whenever we called or texted. We also loved that she was great with our kids. She brought snacks and drinks for everyone when touring houses. She was great at negotiating and we felt like she really stood up for us when we ran into some contract issues with the sellers. Whenever we decide to upgrade in the future, we will definitely go back to her for selling and buying!

Mary Ann made what could have been a stressful home buying experience, extremely easy. She knows the area well and once she knows what we wanted, she found us some amazing houses to look at that were exactly what we wanted. Her sense of humor and jovial nature makes for a very pleasant searching experience and if I was in the business of buying/selling houses, I would happily go back to Mary Ann time and time again.
