Due to Masha's knowledge and tireless negotiation we got a great house in a highly desirable Brentwood neighborhood. There were another 10 offers, and it took some skillful communication to win in such contested bidding situation.

Masha was excellent in finding us our new home. Will use her again! She was on time and met our needs. We were looking for a home with very specific parameters and she sent ONLY those homes that fit into that category. She was not shy at sending the ONE possible that was a bit out of reach but that ended up being our dream home!! She really was in touch with myself and my family. Knowing where we would be a perfect fit. Marsha asked the right questions and she is a keen listener. She was very helpful through the "paper process". Since we were finding a rental this took a beat (back and forth). She stayed calm and supportive through it all.

So grateful to Masha for her help with our such uneasy situation. In a very short time without having documents of financial proof in an American bank (as was demanded by lease provider), some options (such as house location, price and facilities), Masha found several offers we have easily picked from. Being not experienced in paperwork in the US we also got Masha’s help with establishing all house services (gas, internet etc.) And special thanks for Californian tangerines that Masha met us with) With full responsibility and confidence I can recommend Masha as a high-level professional and marvelous person.

Masha went the extra mile advising me on selling my place. She even helped me paint for the open house. She was then able to find the best buyer and made closing escrow a breeze.

Masha helped us get our townhome in spite of multiple competing offers. She is an extremely resourceful negotiator and was able to get the Seller to agree to all our requests and close the deal. She is also extremely prompt with information and responses and is always on top of all the steps and paperwork required to complete the process. Would definitely recommend Masha for any real estate transaction !!
