I needed a professional, Matt was professional. Awesome work sir! We were relocating from Buffalo to Pittsburgh. The distance while not too far did present some challenges due to the market moving fast and with few properties available. Matt was very flexible on meeting with us, viewing properties in person and virtually. His knowledge of the area, the market conditions and the process were spot on and invaluable to us. Everything played out on schedule even with a few hurdles we have to overcome.

Matt worked with us diligently through the pandemic to find us our dream home. He was extremely helpful to making sure all our needs were met and happily showed us many houses and put out bids multiple times. He was the nicest person and made the experience as easy as he possibly could. He has a great sense of humor while being very professional.
