Matt is the best of the best! He is seriously an outstanding agent! He always goes the extra mile for his clients and absolutely has their best interest in mind. He is the most patient person I know and he worked with me and my husband, showing us countless properties and helping us through each and every step of the process. I honestly felt bad because we flip flopped multiple times on whether we even wanted to purchase a property or not, but he never seemed bothered by our indecisiveness, just always there for us whenever we were ready to make a move. Thanks for sticking with us, Matt! I can confidently say, we are your forever clients :)

Matt sold our town home when the market was turning down. He provided great leadership and skill at guiding us thru this experience. We discussed pricing and strategy. He provided options and ideas to us , and overall he did a great job of explaining the whole formality. Matts personality and professionalism convinced us that Matt is the realtor to list our home. He explained all the legal and the business of listing. Matt took the time with us and was never rushed. He is very considerate and passionate about the process. Matt had our home listed within the week and a offer within the first full day of it being on the market! We sold for the full asking price and closed with in the month. Matt also has a excellent staff that called and emailed us daily about showings and explained the legal terms too. Matt is the best.

Matt is a true professional. He worked with us throughout the sale of our existing home in Bothell, where we resided for 21 years. He also assisted with the purchase of a new build home in Sedro Woolley. His guidance and commitment to keep us informed every step of the way was invaluable. He stayed in contact consistently, either with phone calls, emails or texts and was always responsive to any of our questions or requests. He also offered a couple different contractors to help get our old place in tip-top shape before the sale. Both were great choices for the type of work we needed. We wanted a full service Realtor/Broker to help us sell our house. Having lived in our house for 13 years, we knew it needed some work (painting, carpet, etc) to make it show in the best light for selling. After interviewing several realtors we chose Matt to represent us based on his knowledge of the local market, communication skills, marketing experience & abilities (staging, 3D virtual tour, pictures, write-up, etc), network of contractors & professionals to support getting the house ready to show, etc. Matt was proactive and very responsive. He listened to our needs and concerns and then gave us excellent advice throughout the process. He delivered on what he said he could and would do. We utilized his network for many services and we were very happy with their quality and responsiveness as well. We highly recommend Matt and would be very happy to have him represent us again in the future.
