I can't say enough good things about Matt. He went above and beyond to help me and my wife buy our first home. We went into the process with limited knowledge....Matt understood this and walked us through everything. He moved around his schedule multiple times to meet us for last minute walkthroughs, always answered the phone, and got us everything we wanted in the negotiations. I'd go higher than 5 stars if I could. Thank you Matt!

We were in a unique situation....we lived in California and were moving to Tennessee. We needed to purchase a home in Tennessee and were unable to go out there to look at homes in person. We got lucky and found Matthew Meridieth. He communicated with us any time we needed to and would go to houses we liked and do walk-thru videos for us. He was knowledgeable about the area and gave great advice. He is a very trustworthy person and we were able to purchase a home, site unseen. The house turned out to be amazing. Matthew was great . He was so accommodating and so easy to work with . He was always available buy phone or text. Anytime we wanted to see a house he made it happen for us and even when we wanted to go back several times !! I recommend using Matthew and our dog loved him also :)

Matt helped my wife and I find a home in Lebanon, Tn this year (2019). We are moving from Pennsylvania to Tennessee and had little knowledge of the area. Matt was extremely helpful with his local knowledge of all the local areas and was instrumental in helping us decide just where we wanted to live in the Nashville area. Anytime we asked for new listings in a different area Matt was right on it. Matt's knowledge of the builders in the area was also extremely helpful. Beside having all the right attributes of a good realty person his is most importantly a very GOOD person!
