We fond Maureen via a referral from another realtor, and we couldn't be happier for having worked with her!! We were first time home buyers and from our first call, Maureen made us feel completely confident that she was the right choice. We ultimately opted to do a new build, and Maureen was invaluable along the way. We had tons of questions about the process, whether certain things were "normal", what we could negotiate vs what we couldn't, etc. Maureen was always incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. She knows great local people to partner with, too (the home inspector she recommended was AMAZING). Critically, when we had issues with our title company, Maureen dashed into action and got people jumping! She was 100% in our corner and always made us feel like we were her priority. We're so glad to have had her guide us through this crazy wonderful experience!

Maureen was wonderfully helpful throughout the purchase of our home. Her excellent local knowledge helped us find the right home, with the right view, and the right features for our family. She was indispensable in the negotiation process, and we will definitely be recommending her for our friends' future home purchases.

I sometimes felt like I was asking too much of my agent: my constant questions, things I didn’t understand.... But she was always reassuring and available. It was a great experience. I felt valued, listened too and well informed.

She is very helpful and explained each details in process of sell house etc she is very good in communication with me no matter what. Also I am deaf, she was aware of it but happened to be CODA ( child of deaf adult) she using sign language . I was happy that one of my friends who recommended Maureen Foley . I learned lots from her that I never know about it when I bought the house ten years ago the former agent did not explain the details like Maureen does also when the corvid 19 came Maureen did not give it up she really worked hard with me to get thru it until the house sold I am so happy to have her as my agent
