We bought our dream house in only 3 months thanks to Megan. As buyers from California, we needed someone we could trust to be our boots on the ground. When we had to travel back to California, Megan stepped up by seeing houses the day they were listed and video chatting with us if she thought a house could be a fit. We ended up landing our dream home because of her diligence, willingness to go above and beyond, and a positive, can-do attitude. Also, as bonus she made an effort to get along well with my mother who just so happen to be a realtor too - this was a very important and special part of our experience in working with Megan. 10/10 would recommend.

We are happy first time home buyers, thank you to Megan Green! We chose Megan because she has a very strong knowledge of real estate in the Seattle Metro, and specifically Edmonds where we chose to buy our first home. Megan is super knowledgable, easy to communicate with, was extremely responsive and always available to help with our questions throughout our home buying process. She always kept us optimistic that we would find the right place! We absolutely 100% recommend her for any of your real estate needs, and we plan to contact her if we plan to sell or purchase a new property in the future! Megan was very detailed, thorough, and went the extra mile to explain things to us during our first real estate transaction. We so very much appreciated that! Megan was so great about helping us think about every angle of a property, as we looked at many together, before making a decision to buy. She also was very straightforward and realistic with us about how would best find the right place for us. Eventually we found the perfect condo in Edmonds and we're still so happy about our purchase! Megan was recommended to us by a close friend and we truly appreciated starting our home-buying journey with her. In the very first meeting, she laid out the entire process and answered all our questions in detail. She is very friendly, approachable, and easy to work with. We closed on our first home in less than 2 months from when we first started working with her and this was only made possible with her due diligence and the ability to keep everything on track. While we were waiting for closing, she was kind enough to accompany us and let us access our new home several times. This allowed us to get a head start on getting vendor quotes for some home improvement tasks and made our move-in process smoother. She also provided excellent referrals for mortgage lenders and home inspectors which came in very handy. If you are a first-time home buyer who's looking for a well-informed and trustworthy agent, I'd highly recommend Megan!

Megan Green was a pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable, professional, caring and practical. She customized my search criteria for a better chance at finding just the right place. She was patient and responsive to my many questions. Megan helped guide me through the many decisions that need to be made when selling a home as well as purchasing another. Her crew of contractors are spot-on with any repairs or modifications needed to get a home ready-for-sale, as well as make changes to the home you are buying. Megan had great ideas and suggestions. We couldn’t recommend Megan any more highly. She was absolutely outstanding to work with. When we partnered with Megan to purchase a house, we knew we were not giving her an easy mission. The housing market was at its most competitive for buyers and homes would disappear as soon as they were posted. Meanwhile, pandemic health concerns had limited our ability to see homes in person. Combined, it meant that Megan was our eyes and ears as she made appointment after appointment to see homes. After visiting so many homes over many months, we would have understood if our real estate agent showed signs of fatigue and tried to nudge us to act more decisively in such a competitive market. However, if anything, Megan would talk us out of homes she had visited and found issues with, be it a bad layout or susceptibility to flooding etc. Her passion for what she does always came through as her enthusiasm for finding the right home for us never waned. Following 6 months plus of active searching, after we closed on a house, we sought her advice on the next steps of our move. We had a tight 1.5 month timeline before the start of the school year during which we wanted to fit a fair bit of remodeling in addition to our move. Megan not only kindly made herself available to give us advice, she personally helped us connect with the right resources, helped us pick the right material and put in quite a bit of effort towards us meeting our deadline. She has set such a high bar that we might never be content in a real estate transaction unless Megan is involved. We gave Megan a challenging mission, at a challenging time and she delivered what at any period would be considered outstanding.
