Mehdi was very knowledgeable and constantly had our best interest. If something wasn’t up to par, he wouldn’t sugar coat anything. Resourceful to the point where he could find another property within 10 mins on the same day unplanned, if the first was a let down. He walked my business partner and I through the ins and outs of rental property. What to expect, laws to be mindful of. Mehdi made an otherwise scary process smooth, and accounted for. He came with very solid advice and always made time for us despite his schedule. Very friendly and professional as well, which helped us gather extra information from other agents and tenants as well. Will be working with him in the future for sure.
