Melissa was an outstanding partner in helping us find our perfect home. Moving from NYC to a town and area we knew nothing about was intimidating, but Melissa's deep knowledge of the area, her guidance in how to evaluate properties, and her no-nonsense, calm approach gave us complete confidence in our purchase. She was patient with our questions, and was extremely responsive always. She drove the process end-to-end, and we never had to worry that anything was being dropped. She advised us very well on price points and offers, and as a result, we (far more quickly than we expected!) found the absolute perfect home for us. We would recommend (and have recommended!) Melissa to anyone looking for a consummate professional who will be your partner in this major purchase.

Melissa was very helpful to us as first time buyers. She easily understood what we were looking for and helped us learn what questions to ask. She got to know our family and made the process as straightforward and enjoyable as it could be, all while advocating for us.

We've worked with and had experiences with a decent number of realtors over the years - and Melissa is, by far one of the best we've ever had the pleasure of working with. Her knowledge of the Westchester market, towns, schools, transportation - combined with her honesty and warm/easy going personality was not only comforting, but exactly what we needed in order to get even the least bit comfortable with an area that was completely foreign to us.

Melissa is the BEST! I absolutely cannot give her enough stars on this review. My husband and I are first time homebuyers and although the process was very daunting, Melissa clearly explained each step and helped find the perfect home for us. Melissa is exptremely knowledgeable and was able answer any questions we had about the buying process, the areas where we were looking, future construction ideas and possibilities, energy, taxes, schools, architecture, making offers, and so much more. Melissa is super organized, very hard working and extremely quick to send thoughtful responses to texts, calls and emails. She went above and beyond in the months we worked together and was even able to pick us up from the train from Manhattan, take us to viewing appointments (for which she always set up a great itinerary) and drop us off at the train afterward. She also took the time to send us informative emails about solar power, and press about the areas where we were looking. When it came time to choose an inspector, lawyer, and lender, Melissa had lots of great recommendations making the choosing process much easier. One of the things we loved most about working with Melissa is that she is very kind and not in any way pushy. She made a conscious effort to find what was best for us, and was a tough negotiator when it came to getting an accepted offer on our favorite home - we feel lucky that we had her on our side. Melissa is a true pro who loves what she does and is incredible to work with. Make the decision to work with Melissa and know that you are making the right choice.

Melissa was a pleasure to work with. She was quite professional in all aspects of buying our home. She knew a lot about all the local neighborhoods and their pros and cons and was always willing to be upfront with us regarding the area as we were coming from Brooklyn and weren't as familiar with all the neighborhoods Westchester has to offer. She helped up through our process of buying our home from searching every weekend for months to negotiating on our perfect home. Melissa was always responsive via email and text and always willing to give us honest information. Melissa was also willing to pick up the phone and conference call with us at any time. I always felt like she had our best interest in mind and would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent that is knowledgeable, professional and really cares about her buyers' needs.
