Working with Amy was an amazing experience! As first-time homebuyers, we were very nervous to jump into the real estate market and navigate all the steps in buying our first home. Amy was very knowledgeable at every step along the way, and she made the process as easy as possible for us. She is a great people person, and really prioritizes what the potential buyers value in a home. She is exceptionally responsive, and always got back to us very quickly whether it be call, text, or email. She has a great relationship with a variety of other professionals in the home-buying process and really knows her stuff. She helped us negotiate our house price, and we are very happy with the price we paid for it. We would happily recommend Amy to anyone to buy or sell a home, and she is absolutely lovely to work with!

Julie was amazing to work with from start to finish! As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and she was always very patient with us. We were overwhelmed in the home buying process and even when we wanted to give up Julie never did! She knew she would be able to find us a house that we loved and she did exactly that! Could not recommend her enough, so glad that we worked with her and if we have to go back I would choose Julie over and over again!

We first met Julie at an open house for a condo we were eyeing. Right from the start, we were charmed by her warm personality and genuine approach. She didn’t seem all that concerned with closing a sale—she was more focused on helping us find the place that truly suited our needs. Our offer on that condo didn’t get accepted, but we walked away with something even better: Julie as our seller’s agent, and we were confident she had our best interests at heart. Over the next year, Julie worked her magic, sending us a curated list of homes that fit our wish list. While a couple of home visits didn’t quite pan out, she never lost her enthusiasm. Then, in September 2024, we finally found our dream home. Julie swooped in to help speed up the process and, thanks to her expert guidance, we won the bid! I wholeheartedly recommend Julie—not just for her professionalism, but for her rare combination of charisma and authenticity that’s hard to find in today’s housing market. Melissa did a great job all throughout the purchase of my first property. Her knowledge of the area, the real estate market and other details pertinent to the transaction made for a seamless transition. Her and her team were also very helpful after the transaction, as they had contacts readily available for any future handiwork. Melissa and her team were great communicators throughout, and I knew any questions I had would be answered by them, and timely. Melissa and her team truly care about their clients and are able to cater to their clients’ concerns, interests etc. I would highly recommend working with Melissa and her team.

Julie has a depth of knowledge in her profession because of her background. She is a polished professional. She also understood our needs as a family very well as she is invested in her own. She has been a stellar, hardworking agent, a delight to work with, has gone above and beyond to ensure our needs are met and has also ensured the successful sale of our home to the benefit of all parties. We absolutely love her!
