I highly recommend Mercy Saavedra if you are looking to sell or purchase a home. She is a full time realtor that makes you feel like she is working just for you. She is aggressive showing your home and keeps you informed every step of the process. She listens and truly represents her clients. I've had negative experiences with realtors in the past and I was looking for a realtor that would sell my house without me having to do all of the footwork and I found her! Mercy Saavedra was AWESOME!! She was the perfect realtor. She was patient, knew exactly how I wanted the sale to go and she showed the house more than I thought possible. She kept me informed of everything that was going on and was aggressive enough (without being pushy) to get the job done. I never had to call to ask her what was going on because she kept me in the loop. She responded to me right away whenever I had a question. I have recommended her services to all of my friends and family that have needed them and she has successfully sold their homes and even helped a close friend sell her house and buy a new one. She is a "Kendall Pro" she really knows the area. I highly recommend Mercy's services as a realtor she is an amazingly sweet and honest person who will work to get you into your new home or get your house sold.

I would recommend Mercy Saavedra very highly! She has a lot of experience in the Kendall area where I sold my home. She aggressively showed my home and sold it within 5 weeks at a great price! She helped stage my home for photos and was so professional throughout the whole process!

Excellent Realtor. Very patient, professional and knowledgable. Highly recommended. She showed us close to 30 properties if not more to find the perfect one for our budget and our taste.

Very professional from the very first day. Would keep us up to date on any potential buyers and also assisted with suggestions to the house to be able to sell it. All transactions where done electronically which was convenient since I travel a lot on business and not readily available to sign documents. Persisted with the sale of the house at every moment. Highly qualified and if ever the need arises for a relator will definitely call on her.
