Michael is one of the best real estate agents I had the opportunity to work with to date, he is kind and very knowledgeable about the best practices and procedures needed to complete the job. Since the first day I met Michael he gained my confidence for the transparency and professionalism he presented his plan to sale my former property . Michael always keep me informed during all steps of the process with clear detail. Mike helped me purchase my first home. From the beginning of the process until to closing Mike was there. He was helpful, and knowledgeable and available for my questions, and there were many questions from me! Mike really listened to me, took my preferences in to consideration when choosing homes for me to see. Working with Mike was like working with a friend. Michael is an exceptional person and realtor. My house sold in about 2 weeks and over asking price all due to his diligence. He knew exactly how and who to market my house to for this sale to happen quickly. I trust him and he kept me updated thru the process and was there anytime I needed him. His decisions on when to do the open house and recommendations on how I have the house looking took that stress off me, he made this as simple for me as possible. He's kept in touch after the sale to see how my move went, to me that's just awesome. Highly recommend Michael Aldridge, he's a trustworthy honest person, who also happens to be an amazing realtor.
