You have to Go Team Straley! We really thought hard about doing this on our own, but so glad we went with Michael and team! Michael walked and talked us through the process, he used analytics, real estate knowledge, and years of experience to ensure we got the most out of our sale. From determining the price, when to list, pictures, staging, showings, and closing, Michael was there. Every move played to perfection! Moving is Stressful! Michael and Team took the stress out of the sale process and allowed us to focus on everything else!

Although we are typically skeptical of real estate agent value, Michael and his Team definitely counterpointed our concerns – all positive reviews here! We worked with Michael and his Team for about 4 months through a very tough time for buyers in a market with extremely low inventory. Michael is a true pro who understands the market and gathers the data to understand value and market trends. He has a great grasp of negotiation strategy and attention to details which helped us around potential pitfalls. He was patient, really tried to hone in to what was most important to us, and did not rush us with anything that could turn into a bad deal. His Team was always there for us as well with their own input based on their personal experiences and expertise; we all worked together smoothly to get the job done – every step of the way. We appreciated the quick responsiveness, the attention to detail, and the level of knowledge/strategy which surpassed pretty much any other real estate agent we have ever met. Michael Straley and his team are simply the best at what they do. Michael holds a Masters Degree in Real Estate and HE TEACHES other agents how to do the job right. How many agents can make that claim? Michael has sold two properties for me in the past few years. These were both rather unusual properties which required unique “outside the box” marketing . He really seemed to enjoy the challenge. He constantly listened to what the market was saying, and he modified the marketing strategy accordingly. Definitely not a “list it and leave it” approach! He’s a true professional. You’re lucky if you can get him!
