Michael did an appraisal on our property. His favorite comparable was a fixer that was in such poor condition that it has been under construction since it was sold a few months ago. Not really comparable at all. He used almost all low priced fixer properties as comparables to my completely renovated and updated home. Very disappointed in his work. would never recommend or work with him again.

He was very helpful and knowledgable. Made the first time home buyer process easier than expected to be. Was able to find homes that fit our needs and wants.

Michael was awesome. He worked with us through our ups and downs not to mention our indecisiveness and eventually found us the perfect home. He listens to all of your requests and makes sure not to waste your time by taking you to homes that don't have what you are looking for. He is extremely responsive and makes you feel like family. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND HIM!

I must say that working with Michael was very easy and a pleasure. We had a tough time finding and affordable home in Carlsbad that would fit our large family's needs. Michael was very knowledgeable of Carlsbad which we mandated as the only area we would consider in order to keep our three boys within the school district. I admired Michael's patience, persistence and passion to deliver all of our expectations despite the narrow options. In the end, Michael came through with his decisive action to win the bid on our perfect find and I have to say we can't be happier with our new home!
