Michael did a GREAT job with advertising our property and matching us with the right potential buyers! He even secured an all cash offer!!! Our building was land locked and zoning in our area was difficult to change. Multiple offers were refusing due to township refusal. This did not deter Michael from going above and beyond in finding the right buyers!

Michael went above and beyond trying to find me a investment property. I first want just a rent and he showed me multiple properties and put in offers for for me on quite a few. When we got outbid on so many places he suggested looking at properties priced a little higher so I found one with a lake on the property the house was a mess that night I went home now wanting a lake in my backyard and in looking I found sunrise it was late but I messaged Mike to see if we could look at it he said he said no problem and set it up for the next day. We loved it and got started he found a broker and they turned us away so he found another one they couldn't do it so he searched some more and found a bank that would. We had issues and needed to get a check for the appraisal to the bank I was 45 mile away and Michael went out of his way to come to me get the check an take it to the bank .

Great! Couldn't have asked for anybody better for someone like me. I'm very picky and knew I was going to need someone that was patient and willing to work with me as far as looking at a ton of homes and weighing my wants and needs. At the end of the day I can say I'm very pleased with my home and my experience with Michael. Would do it again.

It was a pleasure to deal with Michael he was very patient with us during the whole process. He sold our house very quickly, and worked with us very hard to find another home and the timing of both closings and the transfer was awesome! Would highly recommend Michael.

He found a house that is perfect for me. I've never seen a realtor who worked harder! I'm not easy to please but he pulled it off. I would use him again and will recogmend him to others.
