My experience with Benson’s Best was remarkable. This was not my first home buying experience but, it was my first experience with a realtor to advocated for me and worked tirelessly for the best outcome for me. I cannot thank Michelle enough for listening to my wants and needs and making it a reality in this market.

We met Michelle Benson at an open house in Crescent Oaks where she is a resident Realtor. We were impressed with her knowledge of the market as well as the area and decided we wanted her help as we made our interstate move to Tampa Florida. We did the rest of our home search from our home in the Northeast while Michelle was our eyes and ears on the ground. She was able to show us the homes virtually and was very thorough in her assessment and making sure we got a feel for both the pros and cons at each home. Ultimately Michelle helped us make a successful offer on a great Golf Course home and we got it! Michelle's market knowledge helped us win one of our first 2 contracts we submitted which is really good right now. We didn't have to overpay and were even able to walk into our house with positive equity which is awesome! Michelle's knowledge and professionalism really helped us get our house and we're so excited to start our new chapter in Florida!

We have been looking forward to our move to Florida for a few years. We found Michelle Benson online and were impressed with her initial responsiveness. After our first conversation we felt confident in her abilities and knowledge to guide us through the process. As first time homebuyers we had a lot of apprehension and questions about the process exacerbated by the fact that we were doing our home search from another state. Michelle eased our concerns by ensuring we were educated about the process and current local market as well as answering all of our questions thoroughly. Michelle was very responsive and available which was critical in this fast paced market we're in. She virtually showed us many homes and ensured we were very comfortable with them before moving forward. She guided us in how to present the strongest offer we could to be competitive. She also reassured us that it would all work out which it did! We were able to get a beautiful house near the beaches that had been completely remodeled. Michelle was even able to do some smart negotiating for us so we didn't have to overpay to win the house. We will definitely use Michelle and her team on our future real estate needs!

Michelle Benson is by far one of the best realtor's we came in contact with, we hired Michelle based on my wife's previous experience with her. I was a bit skeptical at first but after seeing how consistent she was working for us I changed my perspective. I would definitely recommend hiring her as your realtor, so my wife and I found a new construction build in Virginia and my perception was that it's a new construction no need for a realtor thinking that I would keep the 3 % commission for myself to put back into the house or my pocket. I was very wrong; the builder would try to skip over a lot of stuff just to sell a home, you wouldn’t really get the 3 % commission or something would be skipped over. Michelle is very knowledgeable on new construction builds; she gave us design input that would increase resale value of the home if we were ever to sell. She assisted with us making a decision about the grading of the home, negotiated pricing on design items, recommended inspections, and did community reconnaissance to ensure us the neighborhood was safe and the schools were above average. Michelle was with us every step of the way from signing the initial contract to settlement, her professionalism is top notch, she is very responsive when sending texts, emails, and phone calls. In overall, she is very thoughtful, professional, insightful and easy to work with.

Michelle was very helpful and diligent in helping us find a new home in such a short amount of time that met all of our needs. She responded to our every need in a timely matter, and also checked in on us after closing to make sure we were completely satisfied. I recommend her on a regular basis to family and friends!
