Michelle was an absolute professional realtor who sold our home in a week by going above and beyond what we would have expected from any realtor. She was spot on as far as the neighborhood, the opening asking price, the first class brochures available at the one and only open house.Her follow through right down to the passing of papers was excellent. We gave her five stars and have already recommended her to people we know who are thinking of selling their homes. And as a bonus, Michelle is one of the nicest persons you will ever meet.

Michelle did an amazing job for us. We listed at a high price for our community and were expecting it would take some time to sell, but we received a great offer within 10 days after only one open house. Michelle knew how to get it done. She was great to work with through the whole process. We didn’t hesitate to recommend her to friends.

Michelle is an extremely knowledgeable communicator and negotiator. She acted as my seller and buyer agent on my recent move. She quickly assessed my home and reworked a marketing plan that had an offer on the house after the 1st open house. She is a full service realtor and has excellent contacts in the field. Michelle and her team facilitated my move when I was swamped with work. I am delighted with my new home and know that she helped me get here. I highly recommend her for her expertise, calm manner, sharp intellect and knowledge of the home selling and buying process.

Michelle acted as our agent in our search for a 1031 exchange. She is incredibly responsive (I felt like I could call her any time, day or night and she would happily take my call) and she was able to massage the seller to give us additional time when we hit a small road block during our diligence period. In addition, Michelle is incredibly resourceful and knowledgeable about numerous area across the real estate landscape and I would feel equally comfortable with her representing me on the acquisition of a large commercial transaction and the sale of family home.
