Michelle was the first real estate agent I had dealings with, when we moved to Maryland. From listing the rental house we first moved into, to a year later needing to find a house, within three months time (successfully, I might add), she has been extremely attentive and helpful, the whole way through. We really couldn’t have done it without her!

Michelle is an outstanding agent. She supported us through a very challenging purchase with patience and expertise, constantly going above and beyond to keep things moving. It is no exaggeration to say we would not have closed on our home if it wasn’t for Michelle’s diligence, experience and tenacity. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Michelle worked hard on a number of offers on homes and land which tried to purchase. There was limited inventory in the neighborhoods that we were considering. We looked a raw land, tear downs, total rehabs as well as move in ready places. She was so so helpfull with all matters. I think many Realtors would’ve gotten exhausted by the search and Michelle kept charging. The home we finally bought was bank owned and the negotiations and contracts were difficult, yet Michelle was on point every step of the way. If you’re looking in the Edgewater area, you need to talk to Michelle.
